This spacious, two storey, air-conditioned beach house comprises of 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 people. Upstairs Master Bedroom with King Bed, WIR and ensuite. Second Bedroom with Queen Bed. Third Bedroom with Queen Bed plus Single Bed pull out. Fourth Bedroom with Double Bed and Single Bed bunk. Linen provided.
A fully equipped open plan kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave and DeLonghi coffee machine.
Free high speed WiFi. 65" Smart LCD TV with Netfilix. Second 42" TV in Master bedroom. DVD player with DVD library. Bowers & Wilkins WiFi Speaker.
Two Bathrooms, Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer. Ducted heating and cosy wood heater. Upstairs and downstairs split system air-conditioning units.
Large chess board and other games for all the family and friends.
Kitchen and living area open onto large covered decking overlooking grassed area, landscaped garden and mod grass tennis court. Alfresco 10 seater dining table with additional seating and couch. Weber BBQ.
Second decked area adjacent to tennis court with sun lounges, outdoor umbrella and additional seating.
NB - Wood for the open fire can be arrange for your stay. Please let us know if you would like to order some wood for your stay and we can have it delivered to the property before your arrival. (1 x 20kg bag, 1 x kg kindling $45 – It’s recommended that 1 x bag will last 1 night).
