The whole house oozes style and sophistication and will ensure that your family have the most memorable Summer holiday. Set on a huge allotment with beautiful surrounds, sprawling lawn area for the children to play as well as a luxury pool and alfresco dining area.
Upon entering the house you will love the towering ceilings, wide hallway, concrete floors and timber features throughout. The Master bedroom suite comprises a King bed, walk in robe, stunning ensuite bathroom with stone bath and air conditioning. Three further bedrooms with built in robes and Queen beds in each room & a beautifully appointed family bathroom and a study/sitting room with a single bed complete the homes sleeping quarters. An enormous open plan living space with open fire place and floor to ceiling windows seamlessly integrate the wonderful garden and alfresco area. A stylish Master Chef kitchen is the centre piece of the home with high quality appliances. A separate living space makes an ideal teenagers retreat complete with designer lounge suites, its own bathroom and access to outside. You will enjoy the quiet court location, only minutes from the Portsea Village, Portsea Hotel and Bay beaches as well as the amazing walking tracks and National Parks and all the offerings of this amazing part of the world.
