The house comprises a spacious lounge room with limestone open fireplace (perfect for Winter getaways), large open plan kitchen dining room with island bench, this opens onto the north facing side deck which is ideal for outdoor entertaining and childrens play space. The 4 good size bedrooms are towards the rear of the home and all feature built in robes with access to the central bathroom (master with ensuite) and 3rd toilet for guests. Other features include ducted heating and evaporative cooling, fully fenced block with double carport. The rear garden is a fabulous space for children to play on the well manicured lawns while the parents enjoy some relaxation time on the deck.
