Only a 5 minute drive away is one of Australia's leading golf regions, world class vineyards, Peninsula Hot Springs, Gunamatta trail rides, Point Nepean National park and Sorrento's historical shopping centre.

This large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can sleep up to 8 people, (made up of a combination of adults and children, or a smaller group of adults). With all the facilities you need, perfect entertaining deck with BBQ area, large spring free trampoline and mini ping pong table. TVs in both living areas with Telstra TV including Netflix, wifi throughout the house and a variety of board games and books, as well as different ball games.

NB: Wood for the open fire can be arrange for your stay. Please let us know if you would like to order some wood for your stay and we can have it delivered to the property before your arrival. (1 x 20kg bag, 1 x kg kindling $45 Its recommended that 1 x bag will last 1 night).
