There is a main living room with an wood fire place and dining area as well as spit system air con and ceiling fan, kitchen with ice making fridge/chilled water, electric appliances and dishwasher and coffee machine, there are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds (each sleep 2 guests), large family bathroom with bath, downstairs has a third bedroom with two king singles both with trundles (sleeps 4), second living room with split system and external access, there is also a shower and basin in the laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, that you can access from outside. There are also panel heaters in all bedrooms, large TV and Apple TV in main living room, Sound Bar and a large TV in downstairs second living room. Enjoy Summer nights in the garden, front or rear deck having BBQs after long days at the beach.
