    Great property for a family. Stairs might be a bit challenging for some. Everything provided in the house for our needs. Very clean property, close to front and back beaches and shops. Enjoyable time had by whole family. Caters for 14 people easily.

    We had a lovely time at 39 Grange Rd Rye. The only feedback I have is that there's not sufficient cooling systems within the house and the fan in one of the bedrooms was not working (in fact someone came to check out the problem, but never returned to fix it) which left the children in a very hot room with no fan. The front door was a problem as you needed a key to enter. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

    Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience at this home. Very spacious and comfortable with lots of facilities. And would suit 2 to 3 families. Best suited for families with kids beyond toddler stage, as there are steps throughout the house.
