A private family haven which strikes the perfect balance between nostalgic and coastal contemporary style, the home has been superbly updated throughout, showcasing modern finishes which enhance the homes original character features including double hung windows, beautiful lead lighting, ornate cornices, a heritage style open fireplace and picturesque storybook windows upstairs.

Offering two living areas, plus four generously appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms and two powder rooms equally allocated over each level, the heart of the home is the main open plan living area downstairs. Anchored by a stunning contemporary kitchen with vast island bench and walk in pantry, bi-fold doors open to an idyllic entertaining deck with hypnotic sound of waves crashing just over the sand dunes behind.

Outside a wonderland of winding pathways lead either to the beach or down to a childrens play area abutting a separate, self-contained pool house that has its own kitchen, living space and powder room, ideal for guests or a teenage retreat. The bungalow overlooks the amazing 10 mt pool with solar heating that is fully fenced. A truly unique coastal property located within easy proximity to everything the Southern Peninsula has to offer, it also features a carport for 2 with easy access from the road, an alarm system, plus split systems and wall panel heating throughout.

NB. The garage is not for use.

    We stayed for the weekend as 3 families with young kids and the place was perfect for our stay and group size. Plenty of space. The pool was the absolute highlight and so were the dinners out on the beautiful veranda. Things to note are: the beach is beautiful but rough. Not suitable for young children and also quite adventurous to walk there with little ones in tow. Travelling with very young children you might need to bring babygates and block access to stairs on the veranda. The grown ups missed a decent coffee machine, but other than that we were very happy and will gladly come back.
