A second living area offers a separate space ideal for quieter times or perhaps a games room for children. Both living rooms open onto the North facing sun drenched deck and swimming pool, creating the feel of an additional living space over the warmer months. Features an additional main bathroom, separate laundry, covered alfresco dining space and timber floors and parking for 2 cars. 16th beach and general store are walking distance and there is a treehouse for kids.

NB: The garage is not for use, there is ample parking in the driveway
