The main house comprising a large family living and dining room with gas log open fire, gourmet kitchen with chef inspired appliances and everything you will need for entertaining, the master bedroom has your own private ensuite and a lovely vista, there is a second living room/TV room that is cosy and relaxing for the kids to enjoy a movie after a long day at the beach, there are two further bedrooms that share a modern bathroom, there is a huge under cover alfresco area and built in BBQ as well as a garage for the family to play some table tennis and above this area is a totally separate studio that sleeps three with its own bathroom and kitchenette. The house throughout boasts the best of coastal lifestyle. Features include split system heating and cooling (in the main living room and studio), timber floors, huge back yard for the children to explore and ample off street parking.
