Set on a huge parcel of private space with a leafy outlook, only the highest end finishing’s and fittings throughout. The moment you set foot inside you'll be wowed by Vaulted ceilings, space, light, functionality and luxury throughout. Grand entry hall, garage with gym and infa-red sauna, huge living and dining room flow onto the most amazing alfresco area with limestone double sided fireplace, TV, speaker system, BBQ, sparkling pool and spa with sun lounges and spaces to relax the day away.
Gourmet kitchen, stunning curved marble bench, gorgeous pendant lighting, butler’s pantry and chef worthy appliances. Separate bar for sipping champagne and entertaining family and guests just off the dining room.
The second wing there are 3 large bedrooms with built in robes, family bathroom with bath and separate WC. A second living/playroom with smart TV and everything a child could dream of for their best holiday.
The master parents retreat includes walk through robe and spectacular ensuite with double shower, vanity and freestanding stone bath. The guest bedroom has a built in robe and ensuite. Features include refrigerated air conditioning throughout, ducted heating, ceiling fans, coffee machine, Indoor and outdoor open fireplace, ample off street parking, pay tv, huge pool and spa (gas heated spa, solar heated pool), outdoor shower and fire pit, mudroom, gym with own bathroom, security system, WiFi, children’s play equipment. All of this in a location that is arguably one of the best bay positions on the Peninsula.

    We had the an amazing summer stay at McLeod Rye thanks to Jellis Craig. It is a wonderful family home for 1-2 families or a group of friends. Everything worked well, was clean and well appointed. The spa and pool heated up quickly and worked great! The sauna was a big hit too. Jellis Craig were responsive and helpful for any questions and we had a solid cleaning service (hard to do at peak time) with Rest Easy who they recommended. Great location - easy 10 min walk to Blairgowrie shops.

    Fantastic property that was perfect for our annual family beach holiday. Ideal setup for large group with separate wings to accommodate adults and their children. Amazing pool and outdoor area with ample spaces both inside and out to escape to for a quiet moment. Has every facility with the gym an extra bonus. And all within a 5 min walk to the beach. Loved it 😍
