Set among the tea-trees with a huge decked, alfresco dining area and massive grassed back garden with play equipment, trampoline and cubby house, it’s a kids oasis. You are only a 10 minute walk to the back beach and a 5 minute drive to the popular bay beach, Blairgowrie Village as well as Rye shops and restaurants. The accommodation offers a huge living room with gas log fire place, smart TV and comfortable seating for all your guests, dining room as well as a great kitchen with near new appliances and servery for gourmet BBQ with your friends and family, a huge master bedroom with sitting area, tv, walk in robe and ensuite, 3 further bedrooms, all with built in robes, a large family bathroom, separate WC and separate laundry. There is a large second living area with smart TV and desk area, this all flows to the outdoor deck and down to the back garden with trampoline and cubby house which is the perfect layout for the children to play.
Features include ducted heating and air conditioning throughout, fans in the bedrooms, bbq, coffee machine, remote gates and fully enclosed garden, ample parking for up to 6 cars, or boat parking. This will be the holiday your family will talk about for years to come.

    This was our second stay at the same house so we knew what to expect and all of us, without exceptions, we were all looking forward to it. Especially the four young ones, the oldest amongst them being eight and the youngest being nearly 5. The house was presented really well, same as last year, and we all enjoyed our week in Rye. The weather was also kind to us, so that most days we managed to get to a beach for a bit of a splash. The St Andrews Brewery was also very enjoyable, just a shame that they ran out of mussels, so we missed out on that, but still enjoyed the burgers and the drinks. I did enjoy their cyder!

    So lucky to rent this beautiful house accommodating our family of 10 over Christmas period. Great decor, large extraordinarily fitted out kitchen, large bathrooms, cubby, slide, trampoline and large grassed areas to entertain the kids, plenty of parking inside the electronic gates, walk to 16th Beach. The large dining tables inside and out were great for our celebrations. Absolutely everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
