downstairs is an absolute haven with a Queen bed with a deep bathtub at the foot of the bed as well as a modern and stylish ensuite bathroom. It is a perfect combination of location and comfort, only 10 mins walk to either the Blairgowrie front or back beach as well as Blairgowrie Village being only 5 minutes walk.
Things to do and where to eat;
The famous Bridge water Bay back beach (jump rock) is a five-minute drive away with breathtaking views over the ocean. Delicious coffee, chai and various treats can be found at the 16 Beach General store and Koonya general store nearby. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or cocktail options are available within walking distance at the Blairgowrie shopping strip. If you prefer to dine at the Kookaburra, the local IGA on the shopping strip offers various meal options, so cooking should not be on your list of things to do. Sorrento is only a 5-minute drive from your stay, from where a trip on the ferry to Queenscliff is a special treat or you might prefer to stay and explore Sorrento, strolling through the little shops and galleries.
Your hosts Marian, Johan and their Spinone Archie, live on the property, seperate from the Kookaburra (you will be completely private). They are looking forward to meeting you and making your stay memorable. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes, there is much to be explored on their steep block.
