Offering four large bedrooms, master with full ensuite and walk-in robe, a central family bathroom with separate powder room caters for family and guests with ease. With two large separate living areas, one for cinema style entertainment and the main living encompasses the sleek white kitchen with butler’s pantry and dining all opening to outdoor living in the most superb garden & spa. There is a separate games room with table tennis table and TV for the ultimate teenage, chill out zone. The separate guest bedroom is positioned in the garden with easy access to the home. Features include ducted heating and cooling, Nespresso coffee machine, games room, ample room for two families both inside and outside. This is the perfect house for a weekend away for golfers given proximity to the finest golf courses and the Peninsula Hot Springs.

    This property was fantastic. Clean, well set out, conveniently located - this was such a good experience for us over a long weekend. The house manual had the clearest directions for appliances that I've come across. The kitchen was better stocked than expected for a rental. There were so many games in the garage that we needn't have brought our own stuff! And whoever organised the BBQ stuff - gold star for you!! Very happy we went with this property to rent.

    Cosmopolitan Coastal Lifetsyle is a winner of a house!! It’s beautiful, ultra clean and so much has been considered to make your stay amazing. Perfect for families, it includes lots of space and lots of activities. The kids were so entertained the whole time. The spa was amazing and if you can keep the kids out, the ideal way to finish a day!

    The service from Jellis Craig was lack lustre, never responded to my email asking questions about the house, never checked in while we were there, rather than printed notes they had sticky notes at the entrance which considering the price point, I was very surprised by. The security bond is excessive and took three weeks to come back to me. I would love to book this property again but the poor service from Jellis Craig is holding me back.
