Situated only a 500 metre walk takes you to the stunning and very popular Tideways Beach and Sorrento Sailing Club as well as being a short walk along the wooded Tuckey Track will take you to the Ocean Beaches. Stroll along back or bay beach reaching Sorrento for your morning coffee, shopping or spend the day with family and friends at the Sailing club. This house has two living/dining areas with two indoor dining tables (one sits six and one sits eight people) both living areas have smart TV’s and two indoor fire places, this will suit a family wanting an escape to the coast for tranquillity.
The house is North facing so gets full sun. We have two outdoor eating areas. The front deck can seat up to 14 and is great for the daytime. The rear patio sits 6-8 and benefits from the late afternoon evening sun. It is a large garden planted with native succulents and a large lawn which children will spend the days away playing and exploring. There are a number of very large moonah trees which provide shade but also a sunny lawn area.
