There is an outdoor bath/shower, off street parking, large open plan living room with comfortable sofa’s, plenty of light, kitchen with electric upright cooking, bar fridge and full-sized fridge in laundry, three good sized bedrooms, updated family bathroom with bath, laundry with washing machine. There is split system heating/cooling and all within a stones throw to the stunning back beach and Blairgowrie village. This little gem will not disappoint.
