The accommodation includes three bedrooms with built-in robes, contemporary family bathroom and formal living room or sitting room, second bathroom off the main bedroom, large separate living/dining and stunning gourmet kitchen with all the trimmings. Flawless integration of outdoor/indoor living is represented and effortlessly extended to this stunning outside setting which are perfect for the frequent entertainer. Extra features include, split-system air conditioning, smart TV's, heated pool (electric heat pump) as well as access to the Settlers' Cove tennis courts.
