Upstairs there is a large space with a separate entrance offers a combined second living area, large master fourth bedroom with WIR as well as a stunning new bathroom with bath. There is also a single lockup garage is complete with laundry facilities, and to the rear, a generous fully fenced backyard allows children to safely play or you can enjoy the firepit.
