The feature of the house is a very cool family room with pool table, bar, electric fire and TV which flows to an outdoor sitting area with a TV, firepit and great set up for sitting around and enjoying some time out. There is a large garden and electric gates to keep the kids secure so they can play while you relax on your holiday. Enviably situated between the ocean and the bay, where days can commence with an invigorating surf at Dimmicks Beach and end out on the crystal bay gliding on a stand-up paddleboard, walk to Blairgowrie village for a coffee in the morning, the home also has parking for 2 cars.
