  Fantastic home, well positioned for beach time and down time at nearby cafes and restaurants. Set up with lots of cooking and entertaining utensils and plates and dishes and glasses. Games room was real special for the guests with kids.

  We stayed at Modern Masterpiece property in Rye for the Easter long weekend. The house is located in a quiet court within walking distance to the beach. The house is stunning, new, very modern and extremely clean. Everything that you could possibly think of was supplied. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of board games, toys, books, even a table tennis in the garage. We got a very pleasant surprise when a card, bottle of wine and Easter eggs were dropped at our door for Easter. We had a wonderful time and will definitely want to come back in the future. Thank you so much.
