Flowing floorboards and stone benchtops showcase the luxury appointments, while the flexible floor plan is ideal for all year round entertaining.

All situated within walking distance to the 16th beach, and the popular 16th Beach general store and only a short drive to Rye/Blairgowrie/Sorrento Village and Bay beaches.
