Built to the highest standards, this native landscape-inspired residence offers separate wings for families and guests alike, while the link provides the connection and the framework for a large central breezeway with perforated steel doors extending out to capture the salty sea air.

Ultra-modern and spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with ambient open fireplace, flows seamlessly out to the garden setting. The flexible floorplan cleverly accommodates family and friends with a private master suite separated from the guest wing comprising a further four bedrooms, one with an ensuite and the other three with custom-built-in single beds that are toe to toe (that flow through to each other - refer to floorplan) as well as a great family bathroom.

There is a second dwelling on the property, sleeping 4 guests, that can be rented in conjunction with this amazing property. The houses are a fair distance from each other, and the setup would be perfect for two families or a large group wanting their very own palatial compound. The separate house has just received a fresh renovation and offers a new kitchen, open-plan dining space, a large living room that overlooks the deck and pool area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a main bathroom, and laundry. The second house will only be leased out to you/your guests; otherwise will not be used when you are occupying the main house. It can be added to your stay for an extra $400PN.

    We stayed at this property with 10 adults. It is a beautifully designed house with plenty of space. Lots of thoughtful features including plenty of natural light, beautiful garden and the excellent sun deck! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and plates/glasses (often very limited in holiday rentals). A great location close to the back beach on a quiet street. Definitely would stay again. The only downside is that the three single bedrooms in the main house are all connected - so guests need to walk through the other bedrooms to get to the bathroom. That information isn't included in the property description or the photos but definitely important to know.
