Updated kitchen with new 90cm Bosch oven, dishwasher and dining space, fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, separate powder room and laundry with washing machine. The three double bedrooms all include BIRs and two have immediate garden access via French doors and enjoy beautiful morning sun.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, only a short stroll to the Peninsula Pantry for your morning coffees and pastries as well as being a short drive to the thriving Rye shopping and dining precinct as well as the pristine waters of the Ocean and Bay beaches.
