The lounge opens onto a spacious outdoor deck that overlooks a stunning leafy courtyard with lighting to provide a relaxing ambiance at night.
Upstairs features an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, with views of the coastal reserve through to Main Ridge. Outdoor decking on both the north and south affords protection from the ever-changing elements and is also the perfect vantage point to catch the stunning sunsets in the evening. Off the main living area is a butler’s pantry and separate powder room.
Further features include gas ducted heating, reverse cycle air conditioning systems, BBQ and alfresco dining.
