This fantastic beach house set well back on St Johns Wood Rd on a very large block which is perfect for kids to explore, this single-level home has been recently renovated and painted throughout. It comprises a sunny open plan living/dining and kitchen with gourmet appliances, 3 large bedrooms, second small sitting room, and 2 brand new bathrooms. Additional features include a split system a/c, wood fire, and ample off-street parking. The huge fenced-back garden includes a generous deck and well-behaved pets are welcome. Features coffee machine, washer, and dryer.
Bridgewater Bay and coastal walks are a short walk and an easy stroll to the bay beach and Blairgowrie shops at the other end of the road.

*** THIS PROPERTY IS BYO LINEN- please bring sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels (bath and beach), bath maths, hand towels, face washers and tea towels – If you would like to arrange hire linen for your stay, please do this at the time of booking confirmation, or at least 14 days prior to your stay commencing, by contacting Rest Easy Services www.resteasyservices.com.au (this will incur an additional fee) *** The fees will be approx. $250 per stay.
