Additional features include a split system a/c, wood fire, and ample off-street parking. The huge fenced-back garden includes a generous deck and well-behaved pets are welcome. Features coffee machine, washer, and dryer.
Bridgewater Bay and coastal walks are a short walk and an easy stroll to the bay beach and Blairgowrie shops at the other end of the road.
