Exterior stairs lead down to the lower-level rooms which include a large bedroom/rumpus room and a laundry and shower room. An alfresco dining patio overlooks the expansive lawn and garden area with established trees and landscaped borders. Features ample off-street parking for 4 cars plus, split system heating/cooling and ceiling fans, all positioned in a tranquil coastal street just metres behind Blairgowrie village.
