Three further bedrooms (ceiling fans to be installed) a family bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry in the rear of the house. There is a reverse cycle in the main open plan living area and large screen television. A 6 minute (brisk walk) to Tyrone Beach and a short drive to Blairgowrie and Sorrento Village shops.
