This spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, making it perfect for large families or a group of friends. Four elegant bedrooms wait to wrap you in comfort after your fantastic day at the beach. Two bathrooms boast modern fittings, ensuring all guests can get ready in comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine and dishwasher, makes meal preparation a breeze, while the laundry facilities, including a washing machine, cater to your everyday household needs. During the day, bask in the bright and inviting communal areas enhanced by a family-approved fireplace and gas heating in colder seasons.

Step outside, and you'll find a splendid swimming pool, set among manicured lawns that add an extra touch of tranquility to your stay. The outdoor BBQ grill is a superb addition for those balmy evenings.

But the experience doesn't end at the house. Embark on a short stroll, and you'll find the beach, inviting you to join in its fairytale-like sunsets. Also, take advantage of the free WiFi to plan your next day's adventures in the beautiful town of Blairgowrie.

Wrap up your day by curling up in the warmth of the fireplace in winter, with your favorite show playing on the TV. A good night's sleep in comfy beds ensures you are all refreshed and ready to explore the area the next morning!

A quintessential beach house featuring an in-ground pool, and fenced garden, all on one level and accessible for wheelchairs. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a spa bath, separate toilet) and 2 living areas, the 2nd with a bar fridge and sink. Close enough to everything but far enough away, especially when you hear the sound of the surf at night, to make you feel you really are on a coastal holiday.
