The ground floor features a spacious, sunlit open-plan living, dining, and kitchen zone that flows seamlessly into the billiard room. From here, sliding doors connect to the BBQ terrace and tennis court, making outdoor entertaining effortless.
All four bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and en suite; the second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer two single beds—ideal accommodation for two families.
