Beautiful upstairs deck overlooking the tennis court with sun lounges and umbrella. This lovely, air conditioned home really offers a fantastic family getaway for any season - just a short drive to Blairgowrie village or Sorrento.

The ground floor comprises the open plan living/dining/kitchen area which leads through to the billiard room. The billiard room opens out to the BBQ area & tennis court.

All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed & en suite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed; the 3rd & 4th bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Perfect accommodation for two families.
