There is plenty of space for the whole family, offering a main bedroom with ensuite, and 2 further bedrooms with a central bathroom, you can also enjoy the open plan dining and a modern kitchen (with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher) and the large lounge with split system air con and open fire to enjoy in the cooler months. Enjoy your movie nights in the second living area, which also has a split system air con to keep you cool in the summer.
The main living area opens out to the large deck (shade sail) and landscaped gardens to be enjoyed year-round.

Situated in a quiet court location, this house is perfect for a family and offers the use of a communal tennis court and BBQ area in the middle of "Settlers Cove". The property is also central and walking distance to the front and back beaches and has plenty of room on offer for your boat or jet ski.
